Although PDFs or other text editor program files are acceptable, we prefer Microsoft Word. Alternatively, you can mail us physical manuscripts. Please let us know if your manuscript is in a different format; we might be able to work with it.
I’ve formatted my manuscript. Why is additional formatting necessary?
Depending on the binding, printers occasionally require additional space in addition to their specific layout requirements. We use layout software to fulfill those requirements to ensure your published book looks as expected.
Does my book need to be double-spaced?
As opposed to some publishers, we don’t require double-spacing.
There is no electronic version of my manuscript. Can you transcribe it?
We do offer transcription services. Your Literary Development Agent can assist you in coming up with a solution if your manuscript is accepted.
